Dear tenants,

We hope you had a wonderful time during the holidays. As we have a lot of tenants celebrating the Lunar New Year and wish to put up some decoration on the main floor, we wanted to let you know that the EMIL team is very happy about this and fully supports the idea. We would also like to let you know that it is best for all further communication to go via this thread, which you can share in the WhatsApp group so that the other tenants can be a part of the organisation as well. Keep in mind that only the white board can be used for this, but as the boards main purpose is for notifications from our management team, please no writing or gluing anything on, you can use magnets or something that can easily be taken down. Thank you for understanding and we hope this would be a nice way to get our EMIL community to connect!

Hi everyone :)

We have some exciting news for you. 

As per request of the majority, we will be moving the table tennis from the laundry room to the rooftop common room!

There is still quite a bit of space up there, so we would be more than happy to hear your thoughts and ideas on how to maintain and spice up the room even further. :)

In turn, the laundry room now has an additional table for board games as well:

We are excited to see our tenants mingling and socializing, gathered around an intense game of Uno! :)

Also, I'd like to take a moment to remind you that we are still looking for tenants to join in on the project and take initiative in brightening up our common rooms. You are more than welcome to spread the word to your neighbours and friends in EMIL, we'd greatly appreciate it!
