Really enjoyed our time here. The team were welcoming and helpful throughout, rooms were spotless, and the facilities worked well for us. Special mention for the glühwein by the fireplace—perfect way to end a day on the slopes. Will be looking forward to our next visit:)

We had an enjoyabl stay at Engelberg. All staff including Alijandro were very nice. Room and common areas were clean. Excellent location near the train station. Nice fully equipped kitchens.

Abbiamo soggiornato per capodanno e siamo rimasti contenti. Posizionato in centro e attrezzato di tutto anche la cucina ha tutto quello che serve per fare un buon pasto. Lo spazio era un po’ piccolo però per 3 giorni è più che sufficiente considerando che si usa solo per dormire e mangiare. La pressione dell’acqua molto buona. L’unico problema è che non avevamo il lavandino in bagno ed era scomodo lavarsi con quello della cucina. Sono anche venuti a cambiarci gli asciugamani e buttarci la spazzatura ( non c’è lo aspettavamo e forse avrei preferito essere avvisata). Davanti avevamo anche un pub dove abbiamo bevuto una birra e giocato a biliardo. Gli impianti erano vicini come anche i negozi e non abbiamo più avuto bisogno di usare la macchina. Apprezzo il fatto che ci davano anche un paio di ciabatte all’entrata così da non sporcare e bagnare la moquette. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo!!

We (a family of 5) had a great stay here. This property is amazing with a great common kitchen. Every can feel it is as thier private kitchen.
I wasn't expecting it to be just next to the station. If you need anything, this hotel will provide you that.

Thanks for hosting me and my family for the past 3 nighs, we had a fantastic time staying in Engelberg and everything in the hostel was top notch, I will share my experience with friends back home and hopefully return again soon, Merci!

Our favorite way to end a day full of skiing, sledding and exploring the Alps is a cup of hot chocolate with marshmallows.. Yum!
